Tuesday

Tuesday morning I went to see PW for a chat after her week on beach missions. We had a big catch-up, a lot has gone on in a week!  We have both been slappped in the face this week by all the sin in our sick world. sometimes it's kind of easy to forget about. sometimes it's in your face. You have to remind yourself of God's Truth & Promises.
then the kids & I cycled to Garston baths (3 miles) for a swim. It was fun for an hour, then we cycled back in the rain. at 6.30 I was taken out for dinner by a lovely friend from church, we had a riot! In the Chinese restaurant in Woolton Village. we talked about her work, my kids, church kids, education, and lots of silly stuff.
Got in to watch "Leaving Amish Paradise" on catchup tv, Billed as "Following two families as they leave the Amish" I was expecting it to be a bit sad, but they turned out to be leaving the Amish church cos they were born again! So. You know, Good! there was a whole lot of them experiencing the Freedom we have in Christ. Yay!
