screaming, breakfast, table sale

My lovely girl
At 7 this morning DH and I were planning a nice full english together in Dobbies. We haven't met for a meal for ages, I was really looking forward to it.  A loud screaming session from F started downstairs. We had to take him with us but I wasn't treating him to breakfast so we had a look at the fish & chickens there while F ate his sandwich, then he looked at books while DH and I had our breakfast.
I got some raspberry curd (tastes weird) and a book about small museums by Hunter Davies.

Later DH took Lola to grandad's allotment, And I had to take F cycling with me to Mossley Hill to pick up a purchase from the Beady Gecko at St Anthony of Padua church, where the Soroptomists (?) were having a table sale. Mmm! Strawbs & cream on scones! I got loads of good stuff at the table sale - quite a few books, two manual drills! handmade felt brooches for the girls and F chose a "axe in the skull" trick headband and a trick "can of sweets" with a thing that leaps out when you open it. Good times! And we only spent about £6!
It was a long cycle and F stopped frequently, i think we averaged 2 miles an hour. Sigh! It was one of those days when my patience didn't quite match his behaviour today!
Jojo will not smile for a picture.
