noahs...cleaning

Sunday was rather a low day for us, though the Prayer meeting was good in the evening. walked home with PW & had a quick chat.

Today went to Noah's Cafe as usual. Lola was with us as she was unwell, and when we got there another lady working there had brought her girl, off school unwell too. So there was a little crowd of 4 youths on the sofas.
There weren't many customers, I was able to have a nice chat with most of them. Fish, chips & mushy peas today for lunch (I had beans on toast) ...stop me if this gets boring!
Then once the cafe closes I cash up. Then ...the cleaning. THE CLEANING! SuperLady, Joe our trainee & I (with some help from our assorted children) were just cleaning and CLEANING until we gave in at 6pm.
DH had been in a meeting in London and actually had got home by 4pm so he was able to pick up Lola & I. we had heavy bags.

it's now 7pm and I'm absolutely ready for bed!
*I should add that it is always a pleasure working with these people, they are great fun & so keen to encourage. So, you know, if I have to be cleaning.....it is a pleasure & a privilege!
