Tuesday Jojo had his school trip to the Imperial War Museum, Salford. I couldn't think of a more appropriate trip for this wonderful, sweet & gentle, loving boy who is obsessed with weapons, war & killing!
F, R & I cycled up to GAP to see the Liverpool home edders. It's been too long! We haven't been up recently for being busy/bad weather for cycling. It was so lovely to see them, and a lovely lady has agreed to give us a lift there each week. That is a big help in the winter months! Also my Ruby met a local teen who actually lives very close to us, so that sounds good. Freddy did very well at mixing, too. Yay!
Also R's christmas present arrived in the post, a little 7" android tablet from Wendy Lou on Amazon. comes highly recommended by a friend who knows a lot more than I about these things.
I got Lola to have a go on it last night, turn it on etc as I want it up & ready to play on the day.
I had to leave halfway through the lecture at BSF cos I had such a tickly cough, I hate so sit there drowning out the lecture with my noise!
My plans for today include honey, lemon, and the radiator ! (And God's healing Word!)
Also today I am going to make a list of my dreams, wants & needs & set them before my Lord. He is interested! My head is a bit cluttered & I need to let Him show me what is a priority & what to forget about.
the list will include:
living in the country ( I seem keener on my dear husband when we are near trees! Perhaps we should camp in the park?)
getting some sun
having chickens
the kids' education
money issues
health & food
my church work & priorities
Thankfully the LORD is on His throne! He knows exactly what's what & He has promised to guide me.
THANKS!
