BSF, new lady

Tuesday morning - making badges for my BSF group and getting some info ready for a slovakian woman.  Tuesday evening - 1st of new season of BSF. met my new group, I was SOOOO nervous & not really feeling well. It went okay, but SO relieved when it was all over!  Looking forward to digging into Genesis though, and learning lots of new stuff about our creator, YAY!

Wednesday F and I cycled to Alderwood to meet a slovakian lady in need of a bit of help with her english. She had a cute little girl & a huge dog- that had to be locked away so my boy could relax!
I love meeting new people and I really enjoy teaching english one-to-one / struggling with unfamiliar tongues! Thankfully she spoke a bit of english, it is the reading & writing she needs help with.
This lady works 7 days a week & has 3 kids to look after, so cannot make it to any of the english lessons (of which there are plenty around) so we agreed I'd pop in for the odd coffee & help with filling in her forms etc.

As usual: her story goes thus: she turned up in Speke one day with a suitcase, 3 kids and £20!
I cannot imagine the life back home which would make someone leave and come here with nothing.
It just shows how much I have! *blessed*

Then F and I popped into Noah's for a bacon butty / cuppa. i just can't stay away from that place, can I?!
