Tue & Wed

Grandad came round monday night with a card for Fred. Tuesday morning 9am off we went to the post office to pick up a parcel from Auntie B, thanks! He loved the presents & he really liked the card. He went "Aaw" at the picture of a birthday cake J had drawn him. He's quite a sentimental guy!
Then on the bus to town, he had a total of £55 to spend - headed straight for the Lego shop. He got the Jokers' base, ninjago weapons, a werewolf minifigure & got a free sopwith camel with purchase. Then we got a moshi monsters poster & 2 new skylander figures for the Wii.
Then I went & ordered Lola's new uniform for next year.
I managed to forget to go to Jojo's parent's evening.
There was a lot of lego going on that evening!
So. We didn't go to GAP and I must say, tho' I really enjoy GAP, it does seem to take up the whole day & I really struggle to get everything done - especially the home edding- we only have about an hour's work to do each day, but it takes a long time getting the children co-operative, finding the right books etc! So i did enjoy having a little time to get organised.

This morning I had a little free time so I sorted out a huge pile of paper that has been glaring down from atop a bookshelf. that's better! 
This morning Jojo & Lola both have their sports Days. Just as well as it is actually a bit sunny & warm today for once. We have done a bit of home ed, Lovely LW came for a tea & a prayer, and now we are making gluten free pizza for my friend's tea, I made little individual GF rhubarb crumbles for the pud.

I have emailed a report of our home ed to the Local Authority woman today.

Also "Asperkids" Book arrived today, I am looking forward to reading it...not sure when that will happen!
