Parent's Evening

Another beautiful day! We had women's group at mine today with a hilarious chat about extreme breast-feeding, then I went for lunch with my lovely Angie, haven't had a good chat in weeks. Where did we go? ...I'm afraid...we went to the Noah's!! Yes a bit of a busman's hol for me, but Ange hadn't been before.
Then lots & lots of washing  - gorra make the most of the sun!
And off to Parklands for Lola's Parents Evening.
As Ever, she got all A's for Effort & Behaviour, no surprise there, but  this is wonderful, she certainly doesn't get her work ethic from me!
She gets a trip to the cinema for this. It is the first time I have had a parents eve for Lola without Ruby...all the teachers asked after her & offered me resources. They are caring.
I shall have to give Ruby rewards on a smaller scale more often, she tends not to have a very long perspective. Quite different in every way.
Ruby conquered the next unit of GCSE maths syllabus today, Long Division. Possibly my least favourite aspect of maths. we struggled through and got the hang.
Peace out!
