Oo-er! Busy kitchen times!

Monday we started our full menu at the Noah's Ark - (we were waiting for the gas cooker to be ready) so we included english breakfast & all the permutations of sausage, egg, bacon, toast etc. So things were a lot more complicated than usual, both in taking down orders, and preparing food. So I think we were a bit more stressed than usual & It showed a little!
Please pray for us as we learn to work together in this way, it is so multi-faceted.  It's not really about getting fried eggs to the folk of Speke, it has eternal consequences!
The children played in the Noah's garden in the morning, helped put out the tables & chairs for Welcum Club, and then in the afternoon sat in the cafe. Ruby did her page of maths, spanish and read a chapter each of Heidi (english language) and "Freaks, Geeks & Aspergers Syndrome" (science & pshe).
It is quite hard physical work - the sheer size of the building means we have a lot of cleaning to do after the Cafe shuts.  Being with the cafe team is lovely though, they are so friendly, we have a laugh & you know how this kind of work can bond people together.
Wonderful.
