Oof! cycling with the boys

Oof! I took the boys on the bikes today, attempting to find our end of the Liverpool Loop Line. We couldn't find it at all so ended up cycling round in a huge circle, got on at Halewood train station. There is a lovely park with ponds, sculptures & stuff . There was lots of nice views and sunshine. Then with tears & whining aplenty we achieved cycling to Belle Vale Morrisons where we got lunch, ate it in a field and then cycled back much happier. On the way back I found the proper entrance to the Loop Line, which is much nearer our house than I thought.
According to google maps we cycled about 12 miles, so not bad for our first try.
