Yesterday we went to swimming & Daisy UK sports club thingy again and Fred did well. Our friends M & C from GAP came to try it out, it was lovely to see them after so long. (It's been months) so my Ruby popped in to see C too.
There was a group of 3 ADHD-type boys there, which ruffled Fred's feathers a little, he had to have a time out during cricket, but we had a little pray and he joined back in to play Bulldog after. He is rather red in the face after his 2 hours exercise, but it's very encouraging having him join in with the other kids.
We had a wonderful day at the Northern Women's conference last Saturday, I hope to have a picture here soon.
Since the girls don't get home til almost 6 pm, and 3 times a week i seemed to be leaving as they were arriving, I am trying to rearrange a few things. I have changed Zumba from Monday night to Tuesday morning, still led by the excellent Karen!
I didn't go to BSF as just desperately trying to catch up around the home!
then Wednesday I didn't need to go to Garston to collect Angela as I usually do, so I made some progress decluttering my bedroom. Wed afternoon at GLADS club, I ran the karaoke as usual, a different set of people were there, much louder and it was like a party in there! lots of laughter and clapping and general loudness! Amongst others we sang Especially For You- Kylie & Jason and also Bay City Rollers - Shangalang!
I am wondering whether to join the Speke council-run gym as its only £15 a month, so if I just go to one extra daytime zumba or swimmimg lesson per week, it would recoup.
