Sunny day

It was baby Josiah's dedication service yesterday,
and it was Anthony's first sermon preached
since he became our actual pastor.
after which we went to a BBQ at the Campbell's.
Then in the p.m. i was rather tired
and almost didn't go to prayer meeting.
But thankfully I did, there were only two other folk there.
It didn't stop us praying, right?!

Today Lola, Fred & I went on a bike ride
to Belle Vale today in the lovely sunshine.
Then E&O came over - we have come to this arrangement:
E will do 2 hours cleaning for me on a monday
(cash value about £16?) and in return
I will cook dinner for E&O four times a week.
I think it's fair. I can just cook a little extra each time
and box it up for them.
So she is saving time cooking each evening
as well as saving food money.
 OK! hope this works out!
So today she cleaned inside & tops of some kitchen cupboards.
  I  made them lunch
and had a go of sorting out the tension on her sewing machine.
Outside, dh was planting the wooden posts into the ground,
 for our chicken fence.
Hopefully we can finish their enclosure next weekend.
This is the flowers I picked, all from my own garden:
